6. Account Ownership & 48-Hour Removal

Upon cancellation or termination of services, Kansas Prairie Webworks commits to removing itself from any managed accounts (Google Business Profile Manager access, Facebook Page Admin access, and any other platform accounts) within 48 hours of receiving written notice of cancellation. This removal is completed without requiring any additional payment from the client, provided all outstanding invoices are settled.

No website files, published content, or registered accounts belonging to the client will be deleted, altered, or made inaccessible by KPW in connection with service termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Kansas law, Kansas Prairie Webworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of our services or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total fees paid to KPW in the 90 days preceding the claim.

8. "As Is" Services

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to deliver high-quality results, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, except those expressly stated in a written agreement. No oral statements by KPW representatives constitute a warranty.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer and all matters arising from it are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Saline County, Kansas. You consent to personal jurisdiction in Saline County, Kansas for any legal proceeding related to KPW services.

10. Website Hosting Dependency

Websites built and hosted by Kansas Prairie Webworks require an active service plan to remain live on the internet. Cancellation of service will result in the website going offline after the 30-day notice period. Kansas Prairie Webworks is not responsible for business impact resulting from a client's decision to cancel hosting services. Clients are encouraged to maintain active plans or arrange alternative hosting before cancelling.
